The CCHA Operating Policy Handbook (the "Handbook") was adopted by the Board on September 30, 2016, and is available below for your information and reference. The information and policies contained in the Handbook take precedence over any conflicting information found in any policy posted anywhere on the CCHA web site. To the extent the adoption and publication of the Handbook creates an ambiguity between any other information on the CCHA web site and the terms and conditions of the Handbook, the terms and conditions of the Handbook shall control. The Handbook is also subject to the polices and rules of our governing organizations, Minnesota Hockey and District 6, each as applicable.
The Handbook represents the Board's initial attempt to clarify and modernize its preexisting policies and to add policies to cover emerging issues (e.g., social media). To the extent you believe there are areas not addressed by the Handbook, please inform a member of the Board or attend the monthly Board meeting for a discussion about your concerns.
In order to maintain the integrity and high standards of the Chaska Chanhassen Hockey Association (CCHA), all players, coaches and parents of the CCHA are expected to follow a set of guidelines that are detailed in the Player, Parent and Coach Codes of Conduct.
The Player and Parent Codes of Conduct are signed during the registration process. The Coaches Code of Conduct is signed during the coach's application process.
